Peran Entrepreneurial Orientation dan Learning Capability: Persepektif Resource Based Heory

This research begins with gap on the influence of introduction entrepreneurial orientation company performance based Resource-based theory (RBT). study analyzes effect assistance and learning ability which is mediated by competitive advantage halal food SMEs in city Salatiga. The results multiple linear regression 112 respondents stated that orientation, had a significant positive performance, was able to mediate performance.
